The coffee I like (the) best is caramel macchiato. That's because I enjoy the sweet taste. 영어 공부를 하던 중, the를 붙이나 안 붙이나 해석은 같은데, 왜 원어민들은 best 앞에 어떤 때는 the를 붙이고, 어떤 때는 안 붙이는지를 알고자 온갖 걸 다 찾아봐도 모르겠더니 선생님 강의 보고 완전히 깨달았네요. 넘넘 감사합니다. 구독 꾹 눌렀습니다.

i like cappuccino the most... the 는 한정사이고 한정사는 뒤에 반드시 명사를 동반해야 한다고 알고 있습니다. 그렇다면 the most는 명사로 쓰였다는 말인데, 명사는 문장에서 주어,목적어,보어로 쓰인다고 알고 있습니다. 이 문장에서 the most 는 주어도 아니고 목적어도 아니고 보어도 아닌것 같고, 그렇다면 부사 로 볼수 있지 않을까요? 그런데, 명사는 부사로 기능하기 위해서는 전치사를 앞에 두어야 하지 않나요?
