I think Chelsea is following the Real's strategy in terms of recruitment. Regardless of what these kids can become rather Chelsea are focusing in their current potential. If any one of these kids meet expectations, one or two seasons later their price will be much higher in this inflated market. So it is safe to buy them early in their career though there is some risks. They will not have to engage in a bidding war where the price of a player increases much higher than their actual value.
