I'm divided on this. Yes, it's nice for an unbiased opinion. Yet, it's not hard to research who these people are. It's fine not be familiar with their body of work (we can't know everybody), but some basic awareness is, at the least, professional for a public video.

I love that you are talking about Goldie Hawn so much without having any idea who she actually is...😅 Btw, meditation is not something I've ever done (consciously), but being in nature, in the garden, or just simply opening the window and listening to the birds, the wind, the bugs, etc. almost always had and has an immediate and positive effect on me (I love nature). And you just made me realise that during the last few years I'm always more stressed during the late autumn and winter because I'm not spending enough time outside. So tomorrow... I'm gonna do some gardening, baby!🥳👨🌾 And I'm encouraging everyone else to try spending more time outside too, or at least (as I said) try to just observe nature more often, it helps (and it's also scientifically proven).

The lack of celebrity knowledge that Cassandra has is the light of my life lol It is so cute and endearing and I'm sitting here yelling "GOLDIE HAWN'S DAUGHTER!!!" Haha Also, I am not big on supplements. I'm a nurse, I am very much a science fact based person lol However, I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides supplement that also has vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Absolutely love it. It does work. After about 2 weeks of using 1 scoop in my morning smoothie, I noticed my nails were shiny and strong and beautiful. My skin is glowing. Now this is something I use on top of drinking a lot of water, having a skincare ritual that works for me (thanks to Cassandra, Dr. Dray, and my own dermatologist). I highly recommend it but they also have one from Orgain that is just as great but vegan. They both work great! Be aware that supplements can cause reactions in certain people like diarrhea, hives, etc. So it's not a bad idea to talk to your doctor before using them or proceed with caution...follow the directions and recommended serving size.

My menopausal skin, which was requiring up to 7 layers of good moisturizer & oils, is soooo happy these days, even with unceasing snow & ice here for 1.5 months: the new Gold Bond body & facial moisturizers are amazing. Dr dray has quite a bit of content about them. Turns out urea is my hero ingredient, it really keeps my skin hydrated inside, and keeps dryness out, and it's priced like drugstore body lotion, not a facial cream, even though it is formulated for face. It's almost as occlusive for me as aquaphor, but absorbs, and does not clog pores. However, I do use a thin layer aquaphor on problem areas on days under 0° with wind chill, or when the wind is noticeably bad. I hardly ever get the itchies, chapped cheeks, etc anymore & I live on the northern prairie, ie dirt desert.

Note, you don't need much of the Hand Cream; try just a dab.
