A mentor with a balance like Lisa is a great mentor. Tough when necessary, soft and complements when needed. She gives positive feedback and tells what needs to be improved. Corrects right away and demonstrate and polishes what needs to be tightened for a good stage. I am impressed with her teaching like this at her young age. Then goes on to explain her reasoning and give some advice from her experience. To be taught by her, it's a dream. Ps. Esther is such a mood. haha cute
