Back in 2006/7 I had really bad acne and tried a million different things at the dermatologist but then I read about acne light therapy. It was actually an in-office visit thing and there weren't many products available to buy for use at home but I did find one online for like $300. It combined red and blue LED lights and I saw amazing results. It looked like a desk lamp and wasn't very user friendly. I would've loved a face mask lamp like that!

You have very important knowledge that can help EVERYONE. I would love to see the devices that you did say you could go on and one about. This is amazing. I really am interested. I am late to the game figuring out skin care routines, a day and night routine. I am clueless how to even start. I see thinnest product to the thickest but 😬🤦🤷 I have no clue what's thin or thick. But a general idea if how to pick a routine would be awesome. But then again you may have that already so I need to check out your channel more in depth. Thank you so so much for all your info. My son just turned 11 and has what I thought was pimples but they aren't like a normal white head they are like hard and unable to be popped so I need to see how to fix and address his skin. I now feel the need to go buy all of these products. Its me and my 3 teen daughters, ages 13, 17 & 18, and my 11 year old son. This can benefit us all.

I can definitely try my best. Perhaps I could share a list of ingredients to look out for that would be beneficial? If your looking for efficacy that usually mean a heftier price tag but also means using less of it so it should last longer. Therefore being more of an investment at first but saved you in the long haul and gets you results.

I really am interested in the High Frequency Machine... thank you so much 😊 I have a face steamer on the way by Conair it has 2 comes ,so the big one they just call a facial steamer and the smaller one is a nasal steamer. I was thinking great for people like me with allergies/ chronic rhinitis, but I’ve been seeing it can be used for a more concentrated steamer. Idk lol but thank you for the tip about not holding it close if you have dryer skin! QUESTIONS!? When should I use the steamer if I would use one of those gadgets? I feel the steamers are more affordable, so what routine would you do on a budget? Thanks 😊 new sub from Ohio ❤️
