Hi sir I have questions in deduction of opening internal and external plastering calculated together so. We should deduct opening two times isn't it For an example we have w1 2no so so deduction should 4 times isn't it sir. Can you explain please

for doors, windows and ventilators, the deduction should be done on both sides sir, why didn't you consider that? it makes a difference of 26.46sq.m
