Joe is absolutely right and makes some great points here. I met some student consultants who visit from time to time the customer, but working mainly in the background preparing presentations on something instead of working with the customer and its team. You gotta SEE the mechanics behind the decisions one company does and how leadership and the team fit into each other to find the main problem there and REALLY solve it where the customer didn't even expected the causing issue to be. Otherwise consulting wouldn't make sense.

Si users have such a rich inner experience, especially when they also have Fi (infp, istj, enfp, estj)

How do I relate to so many things he's saying. That's very weird. Maybe he's just observing reality? Don't see how that makes him an ESTJ. Maybe he's just talking like an engineer and I relate. The only part that is ESTJ/Te like that I'm seeing is he seems good at tapping into others strengths and personally he wants to make decisions quickly. At the very beginning for a split second I was thinking Se, then it went away. Then he was talking about his children and everything, I guess Si makes sense. The dedication to watching for 8 hours with no interuptions is also pretty extreme, I don't know if I could tolerate that, I would repeatedly come back every 15 minutes or so through the day and fill in the gaps, I'd miss things, but get the most important parts. He really wants to observe and really rely on that.

It's much more accurate to research the cognitive functions and how they interact, along with getting profiled from an expert in typology than take a test

Fear of being wrong could be thinking, statistically more men than women are thinkers. But overall I just think he interacts with more thinkers as Te Dominant, so it's his subjective experience.
