I am excited by this video! I waited for it for a long time! I enjoyed my OV SAAB and 737 DVDs growing up and now I'm a commercial pilot. Thank you for inspiring me.

I have 5000 hours on the 900...4000 as Captain. Im now trying to forget everything and get used to my 321neo!

If anyone is wondering why 27:31 has the control yoke shaking... At certain speeds/altitudes, the harmonic vibration of the IRS cage causes this. Adjusting the power stops it.

Great video of this rather small and not very well known airlines!!

Probably wanted to be sure to make a specific taxiway...he was taxiing anyways
@VikingWings4 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Glad you like it. I also noted his quick "takeover". Normally they wait until less than 80 knots but... Forgot if it was part of their operating procedures or not.

It did seem like a quick takeover. They had quite a bit of distance to their exit. Maybe it’s their procedure at that carrier. At my airline and fleet the first officers can taxi off via the high speed. Her approach and landing looked great.

Great vids. I just fly this stuff in the simulator. I so respect real world pilots. Can’t wait to have one of these birds in Microsoft flight simulator.

Why did the captain take control so quick was it a bad landing or is that SOP

Great work guys but a suggestion is try and focus on the engine startup process because it's differs from aircraft to another. Thank you
@VikingWings4 жыл бұрын
Glad you like it. Remember this is Part 1 of 4. It would be pretty boring if I focused on the same things for all flights. Engine startup will be featured in one of the coming parts if I remember correctly.

I wonder if one or both of them have relation to Ragnar Lothbrok 🤔??

Nice video, but we need to be hearing the sound of engines as they scream to full throttle.
@VikingWings4 жыл бұрын
I agree, engine sounds are important. I always try to include that, but the CRJ900 is similar to the MD80 with the engines at the rear and mid fuselage. That makes the cockpit pretty quiet, and the engines can not be heard the same way as they are on a 737 or 320. Just an explanation to why they are lower on this video.

Algo que no me gusta como operan ahora algunas líneas aereas que al momento del despegue suelten los aceleradores el que vuela y los agarre el otro y que antes de 60 kts en el aterrizaje hagan lo mismo no me parece bien

Captain took the controls so early because he wanted some credit for the butter landing.

That's a lot of paper charts in the cockpit in 2020. Why not use Tablets?
