There is everything here, but the least is the Estonian army in Estonia?! Those Estonian soldiers don't really look like they're in shape, they don't look like serious soldiers, let alone a serious army. They're all a little chubby, they walk funny?! I would be seriously concerned about the state of the country where the UK and US foreign armies get the most applause from the audience?!

The foreign soldiers get an extra round of applause, because Estonian people are grateful that they protect them from the very aggression Russia evidently imposes on all of its European neighbors that are not in NATO, be it Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine.

Not really. You see, a lot of people who go to parades are civilian reservists and fitness levels of civilians vary. Foreign soldiers get cheers because they are essentially seen as welcome guests in the country. But you can ofcourse think whatever you want.
