Sounds like I need to find more Ni ego types. They help me know what to direct my energy toward. And that vulnerable Fi description helped clarify why I always clash with Fi ego types. I just don’t get how they evaluate people

Your description of an SLE sounds ALOT more like an mbti ESTP than an mbti ESTJ. Thanks for the clarification. Notice how: SLE = mbti ESTP SLI = mbti ISTP. Meaning SL_ in Socionics = STP in mbti. Please tell me if you agree. Thanks.

These kinds of correlations between MBTI and Socionics simply don't work. These systems seem similar on the surface, but because of how differently these systems work and the differences between MBTI's cognitive functions and Socionics's information elements, each MBTI type has about 4 socionics types that they generally will be, and vice versa. There are no direct correlations.

@@Jamz- ​ he is literally doing the types in order. There is no “odd one out” The socion starts with alpha and ends with delta. So ya SLI comes near the end as that is a delta type. Omg how come people keep asking for Jack to cover x type next or “hey when you going to do y type?” when their is clearly an order he is doing this series in (the socion). He is uploading once a week with this series. So you can do the math and figure out when he will get to a given type based on the order the socion goes in. Educate yourself people. You look oblivious and silly.

I think it suits the ESTPs with Enneagram 8 well. I've been leading race rowing crews to victory over 150 times and the main competition usually came from crews led by another ESTP.

@FlowState Its neat how SLE = ESTP in mbti and SLI = ISTP in mbti. Meaning SL_ = STP in mbti. Meaning Socionics shows sensing dominant followed by thinking is what makes an mbti STP. And mbti ISTPs and ESTPs technically prefer opposite functions. Note: SLI = "Craftsman" in both Socionic's and Keirsey
