For me, it was greatly disappointed, to the point where I can't give it more than 2 stars. The primary issue was the extremely poor customer care. The staff's attitude was not just unhelpful but outright rude, which significantly dampened the overall experience. Additionally, the room my wife and I were assigned had a serious leakage problem. During a rainy night, water dripped directly onto our bed, which was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable. The check-in process was another major letdown. We were kept waiting for hours, with no staff available to assist or even inform us when our room would be ready. The only redeeming feature of the resort was the food, which was genuinely excellent, and the restaurant's ambiance was quite pleasant. However, given the overall experience, my strong recommendation would be to avoid this resort. It fails to live up to the standards one would expect from a supposed 4-star establishment.
