The video's clearly about selection for ESTSOF. However as a Finn I can't understand all of what's being said in the video. What does the commentator say about the process and standards? Greetings from your Northern neighbours!

The Estonian Defence Forces' Special Operations Forces (ESTSOF) is recruiting new conscripts. There were 150 people that were tested, however only a few will be selected. The tests mainly evaluate their physical capabilities. Since 2021, Estonian conscripts can serve 8 or 11 months of their mandatory military service in ESTSOF.

@@sodurileht Would these conscripts serve as ESTSOF operators during their 8 or 11 months? What happens after their conscription time (are they offered professional contracts etc.)? Thank you for your reply!

Füüsiline on lihtne...enamus on võimalik ära treenida nõutud tasemele 1 a jooksul. Probleemiks muutub pigem vaimne suutlikus ja ajud.

Vähemalt antakse võimalus kõigil proovida. Soovisin ise ka minna aga siis võeti lihtsalt kiiremad kanditeerijad

Muidugi on võimalus minna ka sinna kus toimub reaalne sõda hetkel. Seda teadmiste pagasit mis sealt ammutate ei suuda üksgi väljaõpe anda.
