I'm curious, are there any studies that show whether or not ET could be the result of imbalances in opposing muscle/tendon groups (both length and strength), and both front of body to back as well as side to side? I started out primarily managing it through breathing exercises, but started to notice postural issues in the process. As I've been working to overcome and correct them I'm noticing very specific muscles that seem to trigger my tremor, and that through CBT, and balance and core training, I've been able to reduce it significantly. I'm still in the process, and my posture has been awful for a long time due to frequent sitting and technology use so it's an in depth process, but it seems promising.

We are not aware of any studies on this specifically. Many studies on tremor are available on the Tremor and Other Hyperkinetic Movements website. It is www.tremorjournal.org.
