Liryn not every fantasy show needs to be compared to GoT narratively or success-wise because fantasy has existed as a genre for a long long long time yet interviewers seem to think every new show is standing in GoT’s shadow. Interviewers are even trying to say Ciri is the new Arya?? Come on.. If interviewers start comparing Wheel of Time to Game of Thrones when it comes out I’ll be just as annoyed

People are going on about how Henry Cavill is looking at Freya. I think he is checking up on how she is doing. He has been these types of interviews before and probably is trying to make sure everyone is fine. I remember reading something similar about Robert Downey Jnr.

I mean, the role that RDJ had in MCU was very different. I mean was very involved with everything. He even joined the casting processes, he managed to convince Chris Evans to take the role, he supported the choice of Tom Holland etc. I mean he put so many things in together. However, I don't think Henry took this kind of responsibility. I think he checks Freya because of some kind of brother-sister or Obi Wan/Luke kind of thing. Since Freya kind of A beginner when we compared Henry, he is trying to teach her and I think he admires her like he admires Millie.

Thats exactly it. In another interview Freya pointed out how Henry especially gave her advice on how to deal with the aftermath of succes. She hasnt known succes like this before I think. Actors also have to act when not filming, because every word you utter gets put under a microscope. And I'm sure he's both proud of how she manages, but is also enjoying seeing her grow into it.

Henry has way more to talk about. Nothing against those two actresses, but Anya often only stutters out few words and we see, that compared to Henry she didn't take her role very seriously. She never heard of the Games/Books before auditioning, she never read the books after getting the role and so on. Nothing bad per se, but Henry just has way more to talk about. That's all.

Mientras Anya tiene 2 años activa como actriz y 23 años de edad. O sea frente a 19 años de carrera como actor de Henry Cavill y sus ya casi 37 años de edad. Pues las dos actrices, aunque bien preparadas; tienen aún poca experiencia como actrices. Pero sobre todo poca experiencia para lidiar ¡¡¡con la prensa!!!..... Ambas se ven aún muy inseguras en las entrevistas; y eso se nota en todas las entrevistas que les hacen; todavía les ganan los nervios. E inclusive Freya se ha mantenido completamente callada en algunas entrevistas. Y pienso que es normal; dada su falta de experiencia para tratar a los medios de ambas actrices. Y podríamos decir que la fama mundial por esta serie de THE WITCHER les ha caído de golpe y porrazo; no esperaban que millones de personas en el mundo entero se volcaran en favor de esta estupenda serie. Y más por ser actrices británicas y muy jóvenes aún; Henry Cavill las cuida mucho. Y bueno si se ve que le pone mayor cuidado ó vigilancia a Freya. Quien se ve más vulnerable en las entrevistas. Mientras Henry Cavill es un colmilludo actor y modelo; ya un viejo lobo de mar para tratar a la prensa. Con enorme facilidad de palabra; más astucia para tratar con los periodistas y entrevistadores. Henry Cavill es "un hueso duro de roer"; no es un simple actor; ó un modelo tonto y sin cerebro. Cada entrevista es una cátedra de cómo Henry Cavill sabe tratar a la prensa y sabe mantener él mismo el control de las entrevistas en sus manos. No permite que los entrevistadores se pasen de listos con él. Tiene preparación, una enorme cultura general, posee un fuerte carácter, una educación esmerada y muy cuidada. Y el mismo lo ha dicho que sino hubiera sido actor; hubiera sido militar. El mismo ha dicho que desde niño está acostumbrado a manejar estándares muy elevados de calidad y excelencia. Asi lo educaron desde que nació. Por lo que ahora "cuida, protege a sus compatriotas y compañeras de serie". Yo lo veo más como un maestro que cuida a sus alumnas que alguien que las quisiera seducir ó algo más con ellas. Y no por la edad. 18 y 23 años ya eres una persona adulta; mayor de edad. En fin el tiempo dirá..... que sigue. Mientras pues esperamos con ansias la segunda temporada de THE WITCHER.
