Bangalore is surely overpriced in every damn sense. The price for 1BHK for Super built up area of 580+Sqft is 70lakhs exclusive of registration and taxes in areas like Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, RR Nagar interiors for what reason? That's a whopping 12000 rupees per sq ft price and what has developed in the last 5 years to justify the price? Absolutely nothing. The city is choking and here these guys say the prices are still affordable when compared to Mumbai. What the hell? Its comparing and saying we are lil less worst than the absolute worst. These real estate builders just need a reason to hike the price and COVID was one big reason which has swiped away the opportunity of affordable housing in Bangalore.

Your rentals, real estate, number of breweries, number of IT companies must be on the surge, however commuting in a cab/auto is a nightmare and so is the traffic. Also, every other day pro Kannadigas beating up non Kannadigas is on the rise, during monsoon the infrastructure is exposed. Cyberabad does far better in these metrics compared to Bangalore.

This is the most pathetic video I have come across, even Ordinary KZbinrs make better videos. Such poor camera work, zero editing skills. When Mr Irfan is showing the pictures of how Prestige came into existence, nothing was shown to viewers. You need to cover them separately and edit it accordingly. The anchor was cutting off Mr Irfan so many times. Horrible shoot, horrible editing and more worse anchoring. For all the hype surrounding Bangalore going to beat Mumbai....I think it's premature to say that.
