It's a ET424, because it was sent from Hannover to Berlin and in the Hannover-Commuter-Service there are mostly ET424 in use.

This is 425 (not 424), you can see the country-sign of NRW at the driver cabin doors. 424 has a different sign, the red and white so called 'horse of lower saxony'.
