The logo is what we call a "cocarde" in French, 3 colors in circle, the national color people fighting for freedom used to wear on their hat during the French revolution. It has something to do with the brand-name which means Free State of Orange (a symbol for Smell). Hope it answers your question at the beginning of the video.

The house usually does collaborations for their perfume projects. YOSLY is a collaboration between Etat Libre d'Orange and the perfume critic and journalist Chandler Burr. It is named after his novel published in 2009.
