Hi Alex, Lonestar includes framing and Iris for those who need it, while Hyperstar replaces framing and iris with an additional fixed gobo wheel - 11 gobos including 4 reduced aperture gobos, and costs less. Otherwise they have the same size, zoom, and brightness. Hope that helps
