If you’re playing with skill shot heroes like KTZ, Nazeebo, etc, use your Q to help them hit their shots and don’t W right after, preventing them from hitting their shot. Thank you. I played an ARAM with ETC yesterday where I took double Facemelt at 16 and I actually Facemelted 3 people out of my own Death Mosh with it. It was lovely.

Always love some Extra Tangy Citrus. Also, I get what you mean about saving the face melt to be impactful, but I think the way it "impacted" Nova and Brightwing's faces while you were talking shows the talent just...changes how it controls the flow of a fight.

Surprised Pinball Wizard is standard myself. I agree with you, I always felt it promoted the wrong use of the slide and the boop. Booping someone back into the team and then sliding over them to get on the team side is safer but won't trigger PW. And that Brightwing makes the Pinball value worse in this particular game. I mainly remember Echo Pedal being meta back in the day though, so maybe PW's been buffed to the heavens to make it worth.

Echo pedal was a blast. Once you got tanky enough, there was no killing ETC

I read somewhere on a reddit post (back when r/heroesofthestorm was active) that PW has more waveclear than EP. I never checked the math, but I play PW all the same ever since that post. Definitely makes me less likely to peel in teamfights though because I'm focused on surprising squishies with the burst :P

One thing to note about Pinball Wizard is don't immediately cast Face Melt after hitting a hero/wave with Power Slide, you have a second to reposition and make sure they get knocked where you want. You also do have to remember the damage potential comes second, ETC is still the tank and its a knockback ability. I'm curious to see if there is a 3rd ETC build

I believe pinball wizard only gives increased damage to enemies actually hit by your q so 12:45 would have been a kill without it, and when the BW poly'd you pinball wizard wouldn't have done any extra anyways as you had not hit her with your q.

Prog Rock in short matches is useless while Block Party gives your team value right from start. And Echo Pedal too often ruins AOEs and skill shots of your team that’s why I prefer the slow, which makes it easier for your team to follow up.
