Great job ETC! I just received my ColorSource V’s today and I’m so excited to use them! My one complaint, why is your outdoor version not called the Spot VIP? Seems like a big missed opportunity.

if NFC dies, there's still RDM. Desire XT family of outdoor PAR fixtures got launched long time ago, there was no NFC / SetLight app back then. Those still can be configured via RDM - either from RDM-friendly console, or via USB-DMX Gadget connected to a laptop, or even through City Theatrical's DMXcat connected to a phone/tablet. RDM's future is bright -- there's RDMnet on the way (=RDM over Ethernet)
