When I played the game Sunday, I felt bad that I missed the Bug Off, but I wanted to make sure I remembered to buy turnips from Daisy Mae before she left at noon. So I spent all my money in my pockets and my savings, over 200,000 bells on turnips, and then time traveled back to Saturday. For some reason, it didn't click to me that time traveling backwards made turnips rot. I was so devastated I couldn't touch the game for two days.

tip, burying turnips will make them not rot as long as your not timetraveling more than a week! ex: i bury turnips on sunday march 20th, so i can time travel to any day from march 21st to march 27 and they wont rot until its sunday again. (TL;DR: burying turnips will stop them from rotting but only for a week)
