意外と深いストーリーでした。 みっちゃんパパや亡きママがとても良い人だったこと。浩一くんに寂しい思いをさせないように、お義母さんはきっと大きな弁当を持たせていたこと。いろんな家族のカタチ、お互いを尊重し合う友情。 深くて切なくて、やっぱり悲しい😢

浩一はモノローグで「（実の子ではないから）自分が一番じゃない」って言っていたけど、お義母さんは毎日ギッシリとおかずを詰めた大きなお弁当持たせたりしてたし、山田家全員がみっちゃんloveだったこともあるんで、実子の2人と同等かむしろそれ以上に愛されてたんじゃないかなと思う。

結構、コミカルなシーンもあるんだけど、話が進むにつれて2人の互いに想い合う気持ちが伝わってきて実に切なくなってくる。2人とも最後のセリフが「一番愛してる」だったよね。ハッピーエンドとはならなかったけど、まさに純愛ラブストーリーと言っていいと思う。

I can't imagine a better story than this one. I felt every emotion both Koichi and Mitsuru had. I especially loved all of the episodes altogether. Even if it was just only 8 episodes, it has become a true long pathway. I love how the scripts were created to have viewers have a sense of emotion, and even if Eternal Yesterday has a sad conclusion. I think the series is a huge hit. I'm sure there can always be another ending you can get to without watching more episodes. I have always imagined a sequel to this once I finished watching it all in just one day. I believe that even though Mitsuru might not see Koichi, whether not calling him Micchan, or not having time with him anymore, in Koichi's eyes, he's looking after him behind him. I believe this is one of the most heartfelt bl films, and I am extremely happy I got to see a Japanese one this time. I always find a bl film and I find it enjoyable, but according to me, this whole film is a 10/10. I'm glad I get to feel the same feelings these 2 share together, even if they don't see each other, they'll always be the number one person they have in their life. I freaking loved this too much, and I'm glad I got to watch it. I felt extremely sad, but also very happy that they found each other. 💕

This show absolutely destroyed me. I couldn't stop crying.. 😭😭😭 Literally the epitome of a beautifully sad story. I may exaggerate, but I've seen plenty of shows trying to evoke emotions in their audience and fail to even come close to this.. 💔💔💔
