Didn't you consider using Rylai's Crystal Scepter? Maybe hitting an enemy with Q would be easier after slow him with E and Rylai's effect. And why is Horizon Focus? I think it's hard to trigger Horizon's unique effect because Soraka's Q is flying the longer the further the target is. I am a newbie, so I will be grateful if you explain why you choose Horizon Focus instead of Rylai's :)

Hi! Uhm I think the reason why he chose Horizons Focus over rylais is because it’s a full ap build so even though rylais seems like the item to go to when playing soraka, Horizons focus does more damage so it makes more sense. It’s just my opinion tho. Hope it helps :)
