These are good signs that Marvel is taking risks to make innovative attempts in movies' storylines and the overall production design!! I still feel *"It doesn't feel like an MCU movie"* should be a positive comment

Others are simply fun to watch but not that great or deep. Experimentation always produces a greater overall result as compared to repeatedly doing the same things again and again in films. That's why the more they experiment and take risks, the quality of filmmaking will improve significantly after each film.

I know exactly what you’re having an issue with. Think of the Eternals and what they’re up against as distance defenders of everything we’ve seen so far, and I mean everything of the MCU. Put it in the context of everything previously. You’ll notice that the MCU drastically pivoted with Loki Episode 6 and then the story propels cosmically.

@CEO of Secularism It literally just depends on how high your expectations are and what they are for. Hype wont be so prevalent because these aren't big characters and don't have dozens of movies behind it. In a film with 10 characters based on so much cosmic mythology to have high expectations doesn't make sense because its no doubt a tough task to accomplish. The only way this movie seems to be failing is peoples attachment to characters.

This movie was awful. I wanted a refund. Long and boring. I was sooooo disappointed. No emotional connection whatsoever. I understood their objectives, but the director struggled to make me care. So you braid a girls hair and wear their cultural clothes so that means you care for humans? No relationship building whatsoever. They love and care for humans and I NEVER felt it. Just AWFUL! Couldn't wait for it to end.
