See clearly that Here, Now and I Am are the same. They are That in which experience takes place, with which it is known and out of which it is made. Contemplating on that understanding over and over helped me a lot. Experience (thinking, sensing and perceiving) “appears” in Me. It is known by Me. It is made out of “Me”. I Am pure Consciousness. Experience (Mind) is my own activity. It is how I (Consciousness) experience Time and Space. Name and form. In his book “being aware of being aware” you can find “condensed” most of Ruperts teachings and it is an excellent source to also understand the fundamentals of the Non dual teaching. He is such a gift , an incredible teacher. I’m grateful to him beyond words.

The problem with his assessment is he ignores the experience of anyone outside of himself and invites others to do the same. Rupert is “there” and his words are “past” because I am “here” experiencing his words with him in the “future”. Rupert and I TOGETHER experience, here, there, past and future TOGETHER. My ancestors are “there” Before me in the past gave birth to children and their bloodline is within me and G-D willing will be in the children I have not yet birthed. I know the Past exists because my ancestors are There. After I post this, in the future, you will experience what I wrote in the past and you will experience it as your present. By then it will be my past. The isolationism of his statements are where the fallacy lies. Once you include other people, then it falls a part. There is a past, present and future. Otherwise whence did our tears fall when our beloved ones passed from our present to our past? But the future of your Soul is yours to decide. You may choose to align with that which is the Source and experiences everything at once because He is everywhere and every when at once. He is called the Saving anointing יהושוע המשיח. When you become a part of this body there is no final goodbye. There is no limit to your experience when we leave the prison of our world. He is the I AM. We are currently the Was, Is and Will be. We must choose in the Now and yes it is fleeting. We will then spend our lives bringing others to the beauty of the Present. It is so and will be so. Receive the Spirit of Setting Apart and we will one day exchange our mortal flesh for an immortal vessel that will allow us to leave here and there, was and will be, sorrow and sighing will flee away. Mr. Spira, What you say makes sense. The issue I have is that I have experienced future events before they happened. This tells me all events in all possibilities exist simultaneously, frontwards and backwards. While experiencing these future events, I was in "this" now physically. Therefore this "now" is a product of our attention, but we are capable of experiencing outside of this "now", and have the capability to explore other "nows".

As long as we percive the world by our body and mind, time and space are keeping us here (material entity). But the true "I'am" have no boundaries such as time, space and material entity. Music brings us to the fine line of experiencing nowness most clearly and pleasurably. Someone suggested that the eternal 'now' filtered through our minds as sound and vibration, we -those sentient beings that employ their attention to it- to music, the registerof sound of each planck-moment for us invokes pleasure of its memory at each millisecond after the moment. And, it invokes the pleasure of anticipation, both for musical compositions we have never experienced, and for those that we have. My dog lives in this nowness with great pleasure and alacrity under shaded trees on sunny summer days.
