Can you tell me what is already build on Bebop? For me he is weakest hero already.

The build i was using is called "One-button game" so if you want to search that and use it you can. There are 3 builds for bebop - gun, bomb, or ult. Bomb and ult build can coexist but you can also skip items to really increase the power of one. With the new patch the new arcane surge item will be a core item for Bebop ult. Id say bebop is like low A tier to mid B tier currently but Grey Talon is definitely the worst in the game

Yeah echo shard is a required for bomb build which is included in that build
