What level of confidence do you have that the wave degree beginning with minuette wave 1 of minute wave 3 is not a degree higher (a minute wave 1 of minor wave 3, putting us currently at the beginning of minor wave 5)? In 2017, it looks like minor wave 3 of intermediate wave 3 hit only a bit higher, over the 2.618 of Minor Waves 1 and 2, before a huge minor wave 5 to complete Intermediate wave 3. I'm not confident of my wave count though. It would be cool if you did an Elliot Wave breakdown of Cycle Wave 1 on the daily time frame. Thank you!

For the exact degree, there's no 100% confidence as the structure unfolds. It's always subject to change, and particularly with markets that have high volatility (like these cryptocurrencies), the degree of labelling, particularly within third waves, is hard to pin down. I'll be adding some short term ballpark figures & hopefully some targets for the next video to add some detail for the degrees of labelling at this point. There may be an alternate coming was well, seeing the upwards movement labelled a different degree. Also I'll definitely keep that cycle wave 1 breakdown! I'll be sure to add that to the following video as well! - Jack

What on earth is a minuet wave vs. a minute wave? I've never heard these terms used in Elliott Wave analysis before. Apologies, not being at all critical, merely curious to learn. Thanks for the update 😃

Hi Lara, Jack is good but it feels like he is reading from a script. The reason I watched your analysis is that you showed that you have experience and that the commentry was more natural and showed that you had in depth knowledge. Which isnt the case now, Bit dissapointed.

I'm working with Jack for all his work and he is on a heavy reading list of technical analysis text books. I have full confidence in his Elliott Wave particularly and his technical analysis is solid. While he does not yet have the experience I have, his analysis is still much better than almost all of what you will find on KZbin. The most important thing is the level of accuracy, it should continue to be very good. I think his tone of voice may be partly why you feel like he's reading from a script, it can sound a bit robotic. He's not though, it's just how he speaks.

thank you, yes, he's getting there and I can tell you all from my POV he now has a very deep understanding of Elliott Wave and his wave counts are solid also, we now have two brains looking at these markets, sometimes Jack has a wave count that looks better than what I saw, so as a team we are stronger his work is much better than almost anything else on this site, I am very confident in that if something happened to me tomorrow he would have the basis for a solid technical analysis to continue Pure Elliott Wave into the future, which is what I wanted for him and for the business and our membership
