This is the best fillm I've ever seen about an author! The sequences of Flannery's "real" life intersperced with bits from her stories was so well done. Choosing to use the same actors to play the parts from the stories was also great and gave the sense that her life and art were one and the same. I've rarely seen a film about a female writer, or artist that concentrates on the work. This for someone like myself who has spent a lifetime with visual art is an inspiration! Thank you Ethan and Maya for a great film!

I finally got to see "Wildcat" about a week and a half ago. Loved it! It wasn't easy...it was only in my local theatre for a couple of weeks, and I missed it. I had to wait for streaming. I can only say, "a good movie is hard to find"!

I know that theres basically no chance of Maya seeing this but if you do, i just wanna say that every time i was at my lowest, i would always watch a show or like a movie you in it and i feel so much better and it just gives me reasons to live. Your musics heals me always and i just love you so much. You are the most incredible person i’ve ever seen, made me realize how amazing people can be in so many different ways.. i was losing confidence and everything but you just make me feel so much better. Ethan Hawk will hopefully go down as an absolute legend if he's not already. Also, he shouldn't have been a supporting actor in Training Day. He was the MAIN character. We never see a moment in the film where he is not on screen. That always irked me.
