Keep at it man, I knew a few football players that lost a good amount of weight within months. All they did was routine exercises consistently, nothing fancy. Pretty sure one of them didn't even bother to diet, he just worked for 45 minute at least 3 days a week for 6 months in the off-season and he jogged maybe every few days.

Thank you Ethan! I remember you from 'My Name is Earl' and then recently saw you on 'The Santa Clarita Diet', I then googled you. Wow! What an amazing transformation. I've been through a similar journey myself, about 7 years ago, over a one year period I managed to lose 45 kilos, through lots of exercise and healthy eating. I managed to keep the weight off for years, but! Living in lockdown I've struggled a lot, and unfortunately put on about 20 kilos over this last year, taking me up to 105 kilos. Just looking at how amazing you look on before and after pictures on the net, has really given me some major inspiration. This last week, I've started eating healthier, exercising daily, and I'm already starting to see the benefits. Dude Ethan, good on you brother! I've remembered you from every movie you've been in. You are a Fantastic actor, and I've wondered often how things turned out for you. I'm proud of you man. I recently began working out seriously myself at 35, however, I come from the opposite spectrum. I inherited my father's metabolism, which is extremely high, so I've always been SUPER thin, like 120-130 pounds max. I truly understand how hard it is to undergo such dramatic body transformations, but for anyone on an extreme body mass index, whether low or high, it's such an amazing and motivating experience how quickly we see results, basically starting at level 1. I've been keeping a powerful 150 for some time now and literally EVERYTHING is in my life is changing for the better. You have it in you to be better and that is so inspiring. Thank you Ethan.

Because if seasonal depression I lose all motivation and then the gym closed again before the cold and I gained about 20lbs back. Finally I got off my ass and went to the gym today for the first time since before Thanksgiving and I'm disappointed in myself. But....i will not give up.
