Substitute on shedinja is probably actually a good thing. Since only super effect attacks hit it the substitute can take care of the super effective moves making the pokemon damn near invincible. The weird thing is levitate ability like you can pull levitate pokemon with gravity but if levitate pokemon used dig;eartquake and magnitude don't affect them i don't know why this happens
