One thing I'd add is once the port channel is up, if you need to make configuration changes don't do them on just a single physical interface at a time or the port channel will come down due to things not matching. Instead make changes on the logical port channel interface and the Cisco device will automatically copy those changes to the physical interface configurations so that you don't take the whole interface down.

Good video and good explanation of LACP from the switch side. I work on rack servers and dealt with an issue of a port-channel being down that was causing unreachability issues for a server. We aren't sure what caused the configuration to go down but once we determined the issue was on the switch side and not the host side, we got the networking team to fix the issue. It was boggling my mind, the on-site technician, and their manager.

PAgP -> cisco LAC-> vender neutral. just remember that Pag is spanish for "pay up", which makes sense that it is cisco's standard. and according to cisco, it's desirable to pay up // *desirable / desirable* OR *desirable* / auto
