Damn this gets me! My brother- I lost him to addiction. We talked about this many times, what if... and what will I do? He told me to live my life, be happy...be strong and smile, take good care of my 2 boys. His situation was and still is really difficult (he's an immigree) but we met at my old workplace and fell deeply in love, spend a couple months in a relationship. Now it's so difficult, I never loved like this. 🥲 So yes, he had to leave suddenly and now I'm trying to be strong. This situation is too hard to keep hope, I'll just continue to try to move on with my life.

My fiancee unalived himself 8 years ago but it still feels like it was yesterday. I kinda feel like he's singing this to me. Long story short he has a traditional Japanese family and was supposed to marry someone Japanese with a name and fortune. But he fell for my Belgian poor no name self. His family disapproved, besides his grandma bless her, of our relationship and it got worse over the years. He got home schooled and grew up being trained and molded to take over the family company so that was his whole life. They forced him to choose between me or being disowned and lose the company. We discussed this early for him to chose his family untill he became the head and they couldn't do nothing. He couldn't stand not having me by his side and being there for me. It got so hard and unbearable for him he chose to end the suffering ultimately for the both of us. I just think he underestimated how badly it would affect and break me.
