CN, KR, & JP was making turn-based gacha before HSR. HSR wasn't the first to bring that gameplay to mobile, they're merely just the most popular rn. And many of those other games (sadly) didn't make it to global. If HSR would be credited for anything, it'd be that they proved a turn -based gacha could be super successful on the global market. Hopefully it encourages more publishers to release these games globally - cuz many of them doubted that they'd be successful outside of Asia.
