I am always fasting 12 hour 16 hour but no loss wait . So, i think water fasting is good. Now I will try water fasting and get good result , I will give you response. THANK YOU.

Doing fasting at least 16-24 hrs it will heal us spiritually, physically, and mentally. 1,Ifasting (16hrs+ ) 2, Autophagy fasting (above 18hrs) 3, fasting 24hrs(dinner to dinner). 4, if you do water fasting make sure you balance your electrolyte, by adding pink salt in your water. If not you'll wiped out all your nutrition and you will put yourself in danger. Magnesium, potassium must balance. People dont have no excuse not to fast. (exercise, is good but with the right food) especially the ones that can sit in the house eating up everything and killing yourself, might as well go outside and catch that virus, the GOD is giving us a chance to get it together. Your videos on different health topic is great but you can't tell people to fast with water without telling them how to break the fast... When they break the long water fast they must drink their water with pink salt, and before breaking the long fast must drink backing soda 1/4 teaspoon with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar can take care cleaning the gut. at least try to fast a half a day, or eat veggies, protein. since we are on this lock down, we can really fast, meditation/prayersI don't have any distractions to not do it. Prayers/meditation, Fasting when we do eat, eat healthy foods,, don't watch the news, listen ..read, write, drawing, painting, colouring, go within.
I have been trying to make water fasting a life style in the last couple of years. It is the best way to control your weight. I lost almost 8Kg so far. The maximum I stayed without food is for 10 days. It was very challenging but it is doable. In addition to losing weight, I was surprised to find out how much my mind is so focused. I sometimes struggle with like forgetting car-keys or losing stuffs but during the fasting I remember every details of my activities. If you have any questions, I am open to answer your questions.

Hello selam neaw.. I am on my 5 day without food. I am on only water fasting. My goal is 21 days to 40 days. In the past I went without food for 21 days and 11 days without food. This will be my third fasting. I also do intermittent fasting regularly.
ARDI TUBE Drink only water and eat only one meal in 24 hours. Example: Eat your dinner then until the next day dinner you can only drink water. If you’ve chronic problems you must consult your dr. before you start this fasting.

Thank you so much Dr. Daniel for your dedication to make all videos for us. I have lost 10kg on intermittent fasting after watching your video .I truly appreciate what you are doing. But one of my friend couldn’t loose weight even after trying intermittent fasting. we suspected it might be because of her contraceptive usage but we could not be sure. So please Dr Daniel explain weight gain due to hormonal changes and how to loose it in one of your videos. Thank you!!
No food only you can drink is water , tea / Coffee without sugar at least for 16 hours...but you can fast if u can upto 72 hours for the full benefit!!!
