Personally, I really like most of the new mechanics for Italy, and the planes. My opinions on the peacedeals are more mixed. Personally I think its a GREAT system for MP but the AI is so god awful at deciding what to take it can be near cancerous to get what you want. Player-Led Peacedeals when? Both Ethiopia and Switzerland don't feel good the play either, while countries like Aussa *do* which is strange. At least Italy is fun though. Plus the QoL changes are amazing.

Italian mechanics are just broken(in a bad way) grand council of fascism gets influence when an enemy captures a non-core state... Even if you didnt own it pre-war and if you recapture it you get no influence but if the enemy captures it then grand council gets influence again. What is even more broken is if a core state is occupied, it gives the grand council ticking influence permanently ... Even if you win the war

I got in trouble on the Paradox Forums recently, someone was whining about how Ethiopia "wasn't fun" because it's "not fair". I replied and said something basically to the effect that I prefer the undeveloped nations to be undeveloped rather than the magic native americans of EU4 just leap frogging into guns and horses without needing the risk of settling near whitey now. Who knows what Vicky 3 will be like but i got a bad feeling the non white nations will be magically able to leap frog into modern tech real fast. I hate the Air designer, I'd like your thoughts on it in a video sometime. Personally I feel all the designers kind of wasted our time but now I constantly have to make new plane designs over say just make one or two tanks, or maybe upgrade subs once or twice.
