ETHIOPIA, THE KINGDOM OF PRESTER JOHN

Ethiopia boasts the oldest human bone remains and stone tool relics in the world. It is the homeland of the entire humankind. Cush was the ancestor of the Ethiopian people. The Solomonic dynasty ruled over the country for nearly 3,000 years. The most revered Ethiopian monarch was King Ezana, who reigned in the 4th century, and was commonly known in Europe as Prester John.
