It’s obvious that browsing such art one must NOT let his or her Eurocentric perception learned in the U.S. spoil their experience in such a gallery. An open mind would serve one best. Ethiopia has been a Christian nation centuries before Christian missionaries contributed directly or indirectly to the extermination of the Natives and First Nations in North America. Anyway, Ethiopia is that East African nation that all African Americans must visit before they die. Really nice manuscript and the crosses were incredible 🙌🏾

Why are you bringing the native Americans to this? This is subhumanly stupid.

These are national treasure items and should not be sold. Most likely stolen items and it is very sad to see them being undervalued as such.

When he says "and the Apostle", does he mean Mark, the founder of the Coptic Orthodox church, which became the Ethiopian Orthodox church?

most of this thing you see and buy aren't for sell and not to be bought by anyone who isn't supposed to have them , they are considered holy especially the replica of the arc ( I believe it myself , ) . mind you when you are buying these things you are buying things that are stolen ! , most of these things you see here are stolen. they should be in service for the church. most of them have been in service for the church and anyone who buys from a thief is also one! Be cautious and another question is how is the category of this a comedy ?
@yohannes64343 жыл бұрын
I agree 100% this is stole from church, it should be at a church or at least a museum because it’s our church’s history.
