I purchased a service from your App after seeing it recommended by the Embassy of Ethiopia which is in canada . However, I never received the service I have been rejected , and despite being promised a refund within 10 days, it’s now been over two weeks with no resolution. My emails have been ignored, and this is starting to feel like a scam. If you don’t refund the money promptly, more people will see this for what it is. This situation needs to be resolved immediately, especially given the trust placed in your service by the Embassy of Ethiopia

This is awesome stuff, but you should send a receipt and a copy of the document as an email attachment to the user; that way, we have a record of the transaction. As of right now, it is like a blackhole - you charge upwards of $200 US dollars for a service, and you provide nothing. How do I know who I paid, for what service, what to expect next, etc. ?

My agent (ተወካዩ ) went to "የውጭ ጉዳይ ቆንጽላ አጌልግሎት ሕንጻ" in Addis to claim the document. Surprise, surprise! The office couldn't locate him, and my brother was on the phone with me asking for the text sent to me after the transaction. Embarrassingly, I had to let him in on the fact that the app (Digital MoFA) had sent no receipt/info after the transaction: no email, no text. I had to settle with a copy of the transaction details from the credit card company. When I called my brother again, he told me the staff had since managed to locate the document, and that they were working on getting him the document. ጎበዝ ! ቴክኖሎጂ እየተጠቀሙ ነው ብለን ተደስተን ሳንጨርስ ፤ መጋጠሚያው ላይ እንደተቀደደ ሱሪ ፤ ብርድ ያስገባል አፕሊኬሽናችሁ ። Here in the West, we call that a "bug", and you may want to iron out this and other wrinkles on your next update. I still like the app and appreciate all your hard work to build it.

I suggest you renew ur passport first to do the process. Plus, It is useful in case of emergency or stuff when u need to fly back as well.

@@meseretyadeto9189 : The yellow card is required to be considered as an Ethiopian national if the person has only foreign passport. I myself need the card since mine is a Canadian. The app is set to process attorney or revocation.
