First 8 minutes of appathas speech was very touching. The sheer pain in her voice especially when she mentioned her son and when she said how she tried her best to advice visalakshi but she didnt listen was palpable. Tear inducing performance by actress Gnanam. You can sense so much painful love and immense wisdom in her speech. Satyapriya nailed the role of the typical uneducated and ignorant women who is often selfish and of not good heart of the older generation. Im sure the was one in every family. Visalakshi reminds me of my fathers mothers younger sister. That patti is exactly like visalakshi.. especially the part appatha described visalakshi as "elathaiyom kuthram sollikittu, ellariyom poranni pesikittu" in the episode which appatha first spoke to her family and put visalakshi in her place.
