Sir, I am speechless. I was in too much trouble to understand this 3D architecture. But 2D images are not enough to understand and cross sections were not helping me. But your video just saved myself. Tremendous sir. God bless you. What a presentation sir!!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I wasn't able to understand the osteomeatal complex area properly especially the uncinate process part. This lecture really helps me to understand the anatomy.❤

The sensory system of smell is largely contained within the Ethmoid Bone. Like a keystone it helps support the facial structures and also allows for an anchorage point for the forward brain. Adjacent to and supporting the Vomer Bone as a gusset plate to give strength to the upper Palatine Bone. Uncinate process or hook like structure. The convoluted structure of the Ethmoid Bone reminds me of the structures of the walnut with many folds and passageways.
