I have a question: I am male, 35 y+ and very sportive. Will Ihave any limitations in my movements months or years after rib cartillage has been removed to support my new nose? I am thinking of getting a rhinoplasty. Thanks

6 weeks full rest recommended for any activity. 3 months protect from trauma. But it is just 3.5 cm maybe 4 cartilae graft and needed to taken from spesfic places so it does not create any issue afterwards.
