Are Maps exploration tools? Maybe they are redstone monitors? Today we look into the idea of using maps to display redstone information and just some general methods for how to animate them.

Before loading your world, there should be an option to optimize it and clear the cache. A lot of people say that fixes it. It didn't for me, but it is probably worth trying. Also, after the you optimize it, you need to open the maps in game to refresh them.

If what Etho said doesn't work, you can also place a new block on any broken tiles and remove them. This is obviously extremely tedious, but might be worth it for small maps. If the area is flat snowmen will do this for you, and water should update anything it covers.
@MrShadowTempest
@MrShadowTempest 3 жыл бұрын
@@Art_Matters I wonder if one of those moving slime/piston machines would update it, if you made it long enough... Might be a little bit easier than placing all the block manually, especially if you have a long string of chunks to update?

In his defense, it's a made-up compound word, so even a good speller might not know it intuitively. And I feel like defending bad spellers anyway, even though I am not one -- it really has nothing to do with one's general intelligence. Hey Etho, For the nexus/banner issue, you could just name the items by the letter number system you already have for the items/blocks in your chests like "D5" and "C1". That way the names are super compact and you would only have to crosscheck what each name means by hovering over the respective blocks/items in your chests. Hope this helps :)

Oh man Biome improvement is like my favorite part of the series, glad to see you working on the plains area that connects the nexus and mancave and all that again. Its been so long. i feel like the best part about an extremely old and long played world is that everywhere you look you can add small improvements and on the surface that especially shows and takes it one step further to being a beautiful master crafted world as far as the eye can see. It feels good.
