As always Enna shows us why she's the song bird of Niji. After hearing both versions back to back, both give a clear and definite feeling. The original being the more sorrowful, traditional sound, but sung in a way that makes you feel uplifted in a very spiritual way. This version has a touch more power to it which, even though the vocals haven't gained an extra punch to match, gives the impression that some things may not change while others keep on going. Safe to say that Ethyria is still going strong, despite the dips and sad moments that have occurred over time. Though to say that the vocals haven't changed doesn't mean it's a bad thing, but is a way to say that not all things need to change with time. The delivery from Enna is always so impactful, so moving, that to change how it came across would be a disservice to her talent. The highs that are a constant throughout this song are quite awe inspiring, yet even getting to the mid-lows in the same bar without skipping a beat, and to compose the lyrics by herself, it's to hard to put into words how much talent she holds. The way that Keiki put together the original arrangement, and then Pretty Patterns adding a personal touch really sets the songs as independent, so no matter your mood, you can find the perfect balance from either version. Fair to say, all artists involved did a magnificent job bringing everything together into something so special and touching for all who hear. Looking forward to hearing the next piece that gets released by this remarkable bird!

Beautiful, i love how it doesnt feel like a remix or redo, but a continuation. Ignore my ramble but i want to analyze the song alright? From the first song it makes it seem like everyone from ethyria descends from light but in this song, they descend from that light into red, surrounded by kitsune, nina still with them no matter what. The song is powerful, graceful but the lyrics the same. I love the difference as the song feels broken and fragmented to me. But as they descend, we ascend, meeting light and clouds with enna, the song seemingly about to reach it’s chorus. While distorted The glitches i like to imagine is the feeling of emptiness, when the choir kicks in, it sounds as if several sing but only enna does. We see glimpses of nina, then see her in light, i like to imagine its a goodbye. from light they descend but its nina who doesnt, watching over her friends and daughters with a smile, but ambiguous with her expression from the eye mask. it started out somber and calm, but as the first ethyria song ends with power and grace, i like how this song ends with reaffirmation and even more power behind ethyria. I like how it feels like a message, a goodbye in a sense, with the loss of an ethyria member, everything is jumbled, out of order, but finishes with whats left of ethyria, moving foward in strength and resolve. I keep coming back to this, and I think my favorite part is how Enna is emulating Nina. Both of them have their hands reaching out, and Enna has certainly become a tiny bit more extroverted. It's just really nice to see, especially after hearing some of the other livers talk about how Enna tries to include everyone when they meet offline.

It's so different but somehow, it's the same. Or maybe, it just changed what the song means to me? The instrumentals and illustration are so grandiose, it complements Enna's voice and singing. I like the pauses and drops cuz it lets me breathe and feel the song. Hearing God Sees All at the last few seconds is bittersweet yet so fitting. It's truly a song made for Ethyria. It's so beautiful, thank you.
