Etihad A350-1000 Inaugural Flight

A first person trip report of Etihad's very first A350-1000 commercial flight from Abu Dhabi to Paris on 31st March 2022. Sat in the business class cabin it was possible to experience the new level of luxury that the airline is attempting to offer. But does an off the shelf product stack up when trying to create a luxury brand? We find out.

I came across your channel while searching for Etihad's Airbus A350-1000 videos. Great video, with everything nicely documented and the A350-1000 looks amazing. I've enjoyed all my flights over the years with Etihad Economy and so excited for an upcoming flight in Business in November this year. Hi - great video. I have read the A350-1000 is "50% quieter" when compared to older planes. Did you find this to be true at all? I of course use noise cancelling headphones whey I fly, but I am interested to know if you noticed a "quieter" experience. Thank you in advanced for all information.

I love Etihad design and ambience. Complete opposite to Emirates; no hideous gaudy colours, no shiny fake wood panelling, and no chintzy gold! Amen. No headaches. My economy experience however; was mediocre staff service. Mildly grumpy Eastern Europeans.
