I hope everything is going great for you. Hopefully, you can have a great time on your vacation. It is totally reasonable that you needed some rest. The life of a cabin crew is pretty demanding, so taking some time off to disconnect is healthy for the body mind and soul, even I need to disconnect at the office, when many people speak at the same I start my dissociation and that's when I put my headphones to distract 😂 but you can't do that. Take care dear Alex! All the best for you!

Do you wake people up to ask if they want dinner or do you just let them sleep? For me there's no way I'm going to have dinner in a night flight as I would have eaten a lot in the VIP lounge. During long haul flights I try to do intermitent fasting, so I refuse all the meals.
