Your communicative skills are very well developed... you describe everything very clearly indeed. As a UK person I feel that you could do yet more programmes on British idioms and expressions. Perhaps a lot of people abroad will be familiar with "sick as a parrot" - as we know, widely used, and nothing to do with being ill at all. Bravo. Very good communications skills.

Today I went to play tennis with my friends. The weather was quite bad & really drove me round the bend. However, by the time we started the game, the weather became better and every players were over the moon. As usual, it was just a piece of piss for me to play tennis with my friends. All of a sudden, it started raining. I talked to myself that I needed to get a grip of the situation. The changing weather had in fact done my head in. The next day when I met my friends, they were under the weather because of the rain and we took the piss out of each other about the funny moment of playing tennis while raining. We remembered our coach told us not to play tennis on that day after checking the weather forecast. We finally got sick. But, at the end of the day, we got fantastic moment filled with great laugh and funny faces. Thanks for your professional lecture & I really enjoyed it. Please let me know if there is any area for improvement in my examples. Cheers! Sidney from Hong Kong
