If we have 50 records in both source and target table.. if we use minus operator then we will get zero zero output in return.. if we use intersect operator then we will get 45 records in return... Why will this happen?

INTERSECT compares the data between tables and returns only the rows of data that exist in both tables. MINUS compares the data between tables and returns the rows of data that exist only in the first table you specify...

The answer is in both the tables there should be duplicates That's the reason intersect return only 45 common records from Both the tables ...as intersect removes the duplicates it displays unique common records from both the tables. Plz correct me if I am wrong
