ETM 607, a Rail Grinder from an Australian Company named Speno, leased to KiwiRail, in operation near Kaikoura. This machine removes defective metal from the rail-head, which results in quieter, faster and a smoother ride for trains. Over two years, this machine is going to grind 2,800km of rails across the KiwiRail network

i don t think it's an ETM I think its RR24M30.

We have rail grinders in America, but they are make by LORAM.
