Issues: 1) Irregular payments to the Delivery partner. 2) Forcing deliver partner to deliver with in 10 to 15mins and putting pressure on them, this lead to accident and cause law and order issue. 3) Food deliver companies put hidden charges to customers in the name of Handling charges or Platform fee by this they get up to 10rs to 15rs per order. 4) And cost of the food is 40% higher than the cost at the restaurants. No explanation for the cost differences in the food.
