1st to see an S209 bumper cut should help get some additional cool air. If you very carefully use a cordless Dremel with the right bits you can clean up those edges and make it look almost factory. You can practice on those cutout scrap pieces to get it just right.

I’m glad you’re moding !!! Eff the purists lol I mean yeah I love a classic unmolested cool car every now and then but you keep doing what you’re doing !! I’m literally almost about to sell the S209 because it’s uncharted territory in a way and I’m board with it I don’t really want to mod it. But seriously after your vids I’m thinking about doing a full E85 set up and full exhaust. It’s like you’re breaking the ice hahahaha

Funny how KZbin knows what like. I've been subscribed to your channel for over a year but I never get any of your videos recommended to me. I agree I've tried cutting my bumper many different ways and the simple razor is the best thing I've found for it. Also if you want even more flow you could probably make small holes to the ETS crash bar where you did the the cut outs.
